Upload a spreadsheet or paste CSV with columns: SKU, Bin Code, Zone. This powers the guided walk-through. Items without a bin can still be counted via search.

Variances
Items where the count differs from expected, sorted by biggest gap first.
Create the invite, then copy their personal link and send it to them. Their name and zone are set automatically when they open it.
These items came in with the import at zero quantity, so they were held out of the count. Add any you actually stock — they join the count at expected 0.

The .IIF file posts a quantity adjustment in QuickBooks Desktop for every variance item (File → Utilities → Import → IIF Files). Test it on a backup copy of the company file first. The counted-quantities file has one row per counted item with its final counted quantity. The adjustment list has only items whose count differs from the books, with the exact +/− to post. Uncounted items are in neither file — clear them from the list above first.
Zones organize the guided walk-through and team assignments. Items land in a zone when their bin is assigned to it, or one by one from the Items tab.
Bin locations
Import a bin list anytime. It sets each matching item's bin and zone, and powers the guided walk-through. Columns: SKU, Bin Code, Zone (matched by header name, or in that order).
